Order Processing Time

Most of our items are made-to-order. We strive to begin processing orders within 3–7 business days. However, please note:

If the specific garment or color is not in stock, we may need to order it from our supplier before beginning production.

In such cases, processing may take up to 10–14 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We appreciate your patience as we ensure your order is made with care and accuracy.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order is ready to ship, we use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping selection.

Estimated transit times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days

Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on customs)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen issues.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to activate.


Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare case that a product or color is no longer available:

We will notify you as soon as possible

You may choose to wait for restocking, substitute a similar product, or request a full refund
