Are your shirts compliant with safety standards?
Yes. Our high-vis garments meet general visibility guidelines and are designed for work environments where staying seen is a must. If you have specific safety requirements, feel free to message us before ordering.
Can I get my own logo or custom design printed?
Absolutely. We offer custom printing for company logos, team names, or special designs. You can upload your design directly on the product page or reach out if you need help setting it up.
Do you offer bulk orders for crews or companies?
Yep. We handle bulk orders for construction crews, companies, or events. Discounts may be available depending on quantity—just message us.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges of non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.
Can I return or exchange custom shirts?
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with a printing error caused by us, contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the issue for an appropriate remedy without a restocking fee. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
How long does it take to get my order?
Standard printed apparel and custom-logo orders dispatch within 7-10 business days. For custom artwork, this starts after we receive usable artwork. Blank garments dispatch within 1-3 business days. These are dispatch times, not carrier transit times. You will receive tracking details when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now we ship across the U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking fresh:
* Wash inside out
* Cold water, gentle cycle
* Hang dry or tumble dry low
Avoid bleach or ironing directly on the design.
What kind of printing do you use?
We use high-quality screen printing and heat transfer vinyl, Plastisol Inks
Dtg and DTF depending on the job and design. It’s made to last through tough workdays and regular washes.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review damaged, defective or incorrect items, or printing errors caused by us, for an appropriate remedy without a restocking fee. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
