Can I get my own logo or custom design printed?
Absolutely. We offer custom printing for company logos, team names, or special designs. You can upload your design directly on the product page or reach out if you need help setting it up.
Do you offer bulk orders for crews or companies?
Yep. We handle bulk orders for construction crews, companies, or events. Discounts may be available depending on quantity—just message us.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I return or exchange custom shirts?
No, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there’s a mistake on our end (like a printing error or wrong item). Since custom work is made just for you, we can’t resell it—so double-check everything before placing your order.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders ship out within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the design and your location. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now we ship across the U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking fresh:
* Wash inside out
* Cold water, gentle cycle
* Hang dry or tumble dry low
Avoid bleach or ironing directly on the design.
16. What kind of printing do you use?
We use high-quality screen printing and heat transfer vinyl, Plastisol Inks
Dtg and DTF depending on the job and design. It’s made to last through tough workdays and regular washes.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If we mess something up, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it—either with a replacement or refund.
Do you offer any loyalty rewards or discounts?
