By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including those additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Product Information & Custom Orders

Our products are made-to-order and often customized. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, colors, or images are entirely error-free or precisely as displayed on your screen.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that includes inappropriate or offensive content, trademarks, or copyrighted material without proper permission.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Standard printed apparel and custom-logo orders dispatch within 7-10 business days; for custom artwork, this starts after we receive usable artwork. Blank garments dispatch within 1-3 business days. Dispatch is separate from carrier transit time. We will communicate changes or delays as promptly as possible.

Once shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s performance and may vary.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges of non-customized items within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies. Personalized/custom items are final sale for a change of mind. Defects, wrong items and our mistakes are reviewed for an appropriate remedy without a restocking fee. Contact us with your order number and photos before sending an item back. This policy does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.

To request help for an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or has a printing error caused by us, contact us with:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to graphics, logos, images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Alltrade Apparel and may not be used without permission.

You retain the rights to any artwork or designs you provide for custom printing. However, by submitting content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose
To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts
To infringe upon our intellectual property or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, or discriminate
To upload malicious code or interfere with the site’s functionality

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party tools or shipping carriers. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party service providers. Please refer to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alltrade Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service or products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alltrade Apparel and our affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
